Steel zinc plated chest handle. Spring loaded with a PVC sleeved handle grip. This handle is spring loaded for use on vehicles to reduce rattle, and to keep the handle stowed when not in use. Often used on toolboxes, the handles remain in the 'closed' position to stay out of the way in a busy area.
